Alsan Margarine, 250g

A delicious vegetable margarine, which is not only suitable for spreading on bread: Organic Alsan can be heated in a pan and adds a delicious buttery flavor to your cakes. Also Organic Alsan can be frozen.

Alsan uses organic coconut oil from the Dominican Republic and palm oil from controlled organic cultivation in Brazil; the sunflower oil comes from organic production from various European countries. The used oils and fats were not transesterified and contain no additives. Of course, the oils and fats not chemically hardened. Organic Alsan uses lemon juice which lowers the pH-value of the margarine slightly which extends the shelf life. The lemon juice also has a positive effect on the flavor.
