Responsible is the special, high quality manufacturing process: The selected ingredients are intensively mixed and ground finely in a special machine. During the process that follows - the conching - the chocolate mass is mixes, agitated and kneaded for several hours at approximately 80°C. Unwanted tastes and smells evaporate. Since a long conching period creates a fine, tender melting quality and the typical chocolate taste, NATURATA chonces their chocolates for a long time.
