This seasoning is made with a well-chosen blend of spices and a hint of aroma, which guaranties the typical Wiener Schnitzel taste.
Application: Mix 1-2 teaspoon in about 1/4 liter lukewarm water, dissolve well. Cover the dried soy products in this marinade in the refrigerator overnight. The longer the marinating time, the better the final product! Store the used marinade in a tightly sealed container, it can be used several time over.
