VITAM organic light sauce base can be used as a mild sauce to vegetables, rice and noodles and is the ideal base for a Bechamel and/or Hollandaise sauce. Your sauces will be particularly delicious by using vegan cream, white wine, vegetables broth, a little lemon juice, or fresh herbs. From a dill sauce, to an aromatic mustard sauce, to an exotic coconut ginger sauce, the sky's the limit.
Preparation: For 2 servings: Mix 14g (2 tsp) sauce base in 200ml of cold water or any other liquid. Stir well. While stirring, bring to the boil for 1 minute. Tip: Use 3 tablespoons vegan milk and refine with herbs and spices.
